Ninel Vapnyar

I was one of the leading specialists in Russia in the field of Methods of Teaching Mathematics. I was a very famous lecturer and educational scientist. I am also the author of over 100 textbooks for students and methodical guides for teachers. Over a million copies of my textbooks have been published. The most distinctive feature of my works are their originality, inventiveness, and depth of research.

My works have received many honorary awards. These were bestowed upon my by the Ministry of Education of Russia, The Educational Society of Russia, and other educational societies.

In the United States, I obtained work as a math tutor (both group and private), which I have held for 16 years.
